What colours are available?

We offer black, white, chequered and more colours will be added soon!

How do I pay for my order?

You can pay on the checkout page by using Peach Payments gateway. This give you the option to pay with Credit, Debit or EFT.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

You will receive an email with your order details. Please check spam if you don’t have an email within 10 minutes of ordering.

What material are the items made from?

We use a poly-cotton twill material for our chef wear. Learn more about this on the About page.

Shipping & Delivery

When will I receive my order?

We are trying our utmost to get orders out within 5-15 working days from ordering.

It depends on what you order (i.e. if you choose a mixed sizes or a fixed sizes set, embroidery, any custom alterations, colour in stock etc). Many people have received their order within 3-5 working days, some a bit longer.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email/text with delivery/collection details.

How can I track delivery?

Once your order is dispatched you will be sent an email with tracking information.

What are the shipping costs?

R90 nationwide (South Africa). If you live elsewhere please send us an email to info@saltchef.co.za with your order details and delivery address and we will quote you.

There is a mistake regarding my order, what should I do?

We do allow for exchanges and/or returns as long as the clothes have not been worn or washed and do not contain embroidery or any alterations (custom). 

Please see the Returns policy in the footer of the website.

You may contact us at info@saltchef.co.za to arrange the return or give us a call or even just drop them off at our store should you be in JHB or CPT.
